Our homemade hummus is creamy, zesty, smooth, and so so good – then we dehydrate it overnight, to make it long-life and shelf stable. Bam. It’s just that easy.
Combine one packet (50g) and 62.5ml of water (1/4cup, or 3tbsp) and stir. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
One portion makes 125g of creamy hummus. Will last 5-7 days in the fridge, if covered in a layer of oil.
Add a dash of oil, cumin and/or paprika if you want to be extra fancy. Live that life!
