It all started with a simple question in owner Andrews’ home kitchen; “could you make a bagel?”
From there, Bagelin sprung to life with the help of the wonderful people of Tbilisi, and now strives to bring quality, delicious classic American staples to this bustling city using almost exclusively local products and often adding Georgian-exclusive flavours and twists. Bagelin also caters strongly for Vegetarian and vegan/fasting customers, with their own range of non-dairy cheeses, and innovative meat-alternatives – great food is now more accessible than ever.
It all begins with curiousity; from natural Ciders to the finest italian charcuterie, Saidanaa has over 4 years of experience of bringing high quality, natural products to Tbilisi to help demonstrate the wealth of diverse, delicious agriculture available.
